Voronovich Ads Toolkit
An internal tool built by Vladislav Voronovich, a user acquisition manager, to automate routine work in the Google Ads accounts he manages.
What it does
- Collects keyword ideas and search volume from Google Ads Keyword Planner and writes them to a Google Sheets spreadsheet for semantic analysis.
- Pulls campaign, ad group, keyword and asset performance reports into Google Sheets.
- Prepares and uploads search campaigns, ad groups, keywords and ads that the user has reviewed in the spreadsheet.
- Checks budgets and performance and flags anomalies for the user to review.
Why it needs access to Google data
The tool runs as a Google Apps Script attached to the user's own spreadsheet. When the user starts it for the first time, Google asks for permission to manage Google Ads accounts on their behalf and to work with the spreadsheet. The tool only reaches Google Ads accounts that the signed-in user already has access to, and only when the user runs a command from the spreadsheet menu.
Data received from Google APIs stays in the user's Google account. It is not sent to third-party servers, not sold, and not used for advertising. Details are in the privacy policy.
Who can use it
The tool is not offered to the public. It is used by its author and by colleagues he works with on advertising accounts.
